This was the most elegant late summer wedding at The French Farmhouse in Collinsville Texas. The Blues of the details and Bridesmaids dresses complimented the venue perfectly! Austin and Maddie met on a mission trip in the Dominican Republic when they were just 16 years old! Talk about God's timing.
As Maddie told me the story of their meeting "We met on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic our junior year of high school in 2018! Austin grew up in Van Alstyne and I grew up in Allen - our churches partnered together for the trip and we met the first day at the airport bonding over our canceled flights. He immediately caught my eye and I prayed the first night that if this person is supposed to be in my life that he would be put in my mission group the following day - and he was! Come to find out later he had a similar prayer. We became best friends and started dating senior year of high school. Austin went to Oklahoma Baptist University to play football and run track and I am finishing up my last semester at Baylor University studying marketing and supply chain management. We are so happy to be near the finish line of long distance!! "
This wedding day was so full of LOVE and these two amazing families coming together to celebrate the marriage of Austin and Maddie!
